32 weeks!!!!

Well, they didn't think I would make it this far, but here I am in all my puffy glory! As for where I go from here, that remains to be seen. My brain and heart want to go another 3 weeks, but I'm not sure my body is on board. I am pretty much immobile right now...walking and standing feels like 10 lbs. of sharp edged rocks bearing down on my pelvis. All I do is sleep the day away, and toss and turn at night...if I were a hot Twilight vampire that might be cool, but I definitely don't feel hot (at least not that meaning) although I do have a constant craving for red meat...hmmmm.

Our weekly appointment in Providence had its usual drama...my blood pressure is back up (134/90), and I'm retaining so much water I gained 10 lbs. in one week. I begged Dr. Starikov not to admit me unless he was sure my health was in danger, so he took pity on me and did blood work. It came back fine, but he wants me to come twice a week to do a non-stress test on the babies. That pretty much entails being hooked up to 3 heartrate monitors and 2 contraction monitors for about 30 minutes, longer if the babies don't cooperate. I have to push a button everytime one of them moves, because they want to see their heart rates rise when they move. Little Evan was the only one who gave us worry, although the nurse and doctor said it was still adequate. I just think his chubby brother is squishing him.

So I had to include this picture for laughs...didn't realize I had a "Dunlap". Aren't only guys who drive tractors to the store to buy Pabt's Blue Ribbon and pork rinds supposed to have these? But this is my dilemma lately...no shirt I own covers my belly entirely. I always "hang out" a bit. Very attractive.

Fat Bastards are back...not as bad as before, but considering I am NEVER on my feet, you can imagine how they will look in a few weeks. I love cankles!!!!!!
