The crib transition is slow but sure. All daytime naps are now in the crib. Cameron is the only one who seems to be struggling with it. I got three new mobiles to keep them entertained, and they love them. Cameron will go to sleep in his crib, but if he wakes up, nap time is officially OVER! Dave and I plan to test the night sleep in the cribs this weekend. Wish us luck.
All the babies love to kick and play on their backs. Tummy time is coming along...we are crying less and less as the days go by (mommy included). They are all beginning to roll over...granted it's just on their sides right now but you have to start somewhere, right? They are also able to grasp objects like a rattle for extended periods of time.
They are all getting so big...we have their 4 month appointment soon, and we're placing bets on their weights. Cameron is solid...it's hard to even carry him around for too long! Sophia and Evan are close, maybe just a few ounces difference.
Thank goodness for grandparents...we don't know what we would do without their help! It is so nice to have each of the babies get one on one attention. This past week Grampa and Grammy Denier came with Naunie to take the babies pumpkin picking. I have learned to stick with the familiar so we went back to Buell's Orchard. It's where we had gone apple picking a few weeks back-very family friendly. Of course we went during nap time, so it threw off our schedule a bit, but we had so much fun. We made a stop at the Vanilla Bean Cafe for lunch...it was so crowded that I was a nervous wreck but the babies slept through most of it. When they did wake up they just looked around in wonder. We got in and out with no breakdowns. Sophia, amazingly enough, slept through the ENTIRE outing. The boys were alert the whole time but we had to put them down early that night to make up for the lost nap time.
