12 weeks (I can't believe I thought THIS was big!)

So I've hit the 20 week milestone! We had our level 2 ultrasound and found out it is 2 boys and 1 girl! We are so excited! The further along I get, the more "joys" of pregnancy seem to pop up. Since I've gained about 30 lbs, it's no surprise that I have started to swell, especially from the knees down-for the first time in my life I have CANKLES!! I have decided to refer to me feet as "Fat Bastards" from now on (Austin Powers fans take note)! I have also started to get pregnancy brain...thought it was a myth until now. The other day I was planning with my co-teacher and said-what a wierd vocabulary word-"skied"-except that I pronounced it "skyed"...as in past tense of sky??!! And I won't even mention the "gas" I got goin' on-payback for all the years I've put up with Dave's smelly butt!

I have upgraded from a Buddah belly to a beach-ball belly, and got tired of holding it up, so I bought one of those pre-natal belts/braces...what an AWESOME invention! I feel so much better...like a new woman! A lot of people have been askingabout my shower and registry-my Mom is planning the shower for April 24th...it will be so good to see all my family and friends! I'm registered at Babies R' Us (of course) and Target.
