Last Week of Work

Friday the 16th is my official last day of work until January of next year. You think I'd just be sailing by now, right? Wrong! About a month ago I started preparing things for my sub, and now it's down to the wire. On top of sub plans, it's parent conference week, so I have meetings booked every day. Try as I might to stop myself, I am stressing. It doesn't help when people tell me..."Don't stress, it's bad for the babies." Thanks, now I am stressing about stressing. I can hardly wait until this week is over. I need REST!!!!!

Pregnancy symptoms prevail. The latest include carpal tunnel syndrome-I haven't been able to feel my left hand in a month. The best part is waking up a million times a night with both arms asleep. Belly is getting bigger too-harder to get out of chairs and bed. It takes all the energy I have to get up and walk across the room!

I am anxious for my ultrasound on the 20th. This one is to track their growth, and I am hoping to hear that they are on their way to chubby town. I also have an appointment with the perinatologists that will most likely be delivering the trips. I hope they give me a full thumbs up health wise...I don't need anything else to stress about!

The name game continues...so far the only definite is Evan Patric. Sophia Jo is in the running for the girl (although not set in stone), but my poor other son remains nameless. It's come to the point that all I do is throw a random name Dave's way and he says "no" or "not bad" without even batting an eye. Unfortunately, he has yet to say "yeah, I like that one". Argggghhhhh!!!
